If the sign arrives broken or damaged, get in touch with us within seven days from receiving the items and we will send a replacement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG NEON SIGN?
If there is an issue with your order, such as the wrong size, or the neon sign is defective or we send you the wrong color (for example you selected yellow and you receive the sign in white) then simply notify us, we will then resolve the issue ASAP by replacing the defective part. We do not offer exchanges because each product is made personalized for your specifications. However for any reason you find your neon sign faulty or defective, just let us know and we will resolve the issue ASAP.WARRANTY
Our Indoor LED neon signs come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty.
Our outdoor neon signs come with a 6 months manufacturer’s warranty (when used properly).
The guarantee does not extend to any damage caused by an incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.
Every issue is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of The Neon Light .
In the unlikely event that your sign arrives faulty or whilst under warranty, please get soon in touch with us. We will ask to provide your order number, description of the issue and photo/video evidence of the issue ( including the power supply and dimmer). We will assess the problem and resolve it in a timely manner by replacing the defective part free of charge.
